You can choose between basic, comfort, and premium features for each model series. In the case of custom designs, a designer collaborates closely with you to coordinate all details to your satisfaction.
3. Price and Purchase Conditions
Once your Tiny House takes shape, we create a detailed cost estimate. We discuss the purchase conditions, whether it's a one-time payment, installment plan, or the possibility of financing, which we also offer.
4. Land and Permits
As your Tiny House is being built, we assist you in obtaining all necessary documents and permits. For mobile Tiny Houses under 10 meters, we provide guidance on the simplified approval procedure. If needed, we also help you find the suitable land or parking space within a Tiny House community.
5. Delivery
The final step is the delivery. Two weeks before the scheduled date, we will contact you to arrange the optimal delivery time. We plan the route and discuss all the details to ensure your Tiny House arrives safely.
Upon arrival, we ensure that all connections (water, electricity) are functioning, conduct a final inspection, and show you how everything works.
